Refrigeration works by condensing a gas such as ammonia and then releasing it to lose pressure and drop quickly in &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.chasereviews.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;www.chase.com&lt;/a&gt; temperature. I wonder if you could save a larger amount of compressed gas (like in a gas compresser) and release it slowly during electricity shortages. 		<description>I think that is an important point that you bring up about &#039;strategic IT&#039;, a resource would have to be almost exclusive to the company to be considered as such. It&#039;s hard for anything to not be taken over by a number of the competition so it is truly hard to have a real strategic IT advantage.</description>
