		<description>At the last company I worked for, a not-so-big company where I was a member of senior management, I tried to encourage us to experiment with wikis as a way to collaborate across locations and with other companies. Only the techiest folks in the company got interested, and used them for some very basic functions. The IT group was not very supportive--probably because it lessened their control of things.

Any job applicant who had any knowledge of web 2.0 technologies would have looked at us as if we were Cro-Magnon. And we were an IT company!!</description>
