The Enterprise Story 2.0 that I liked best, is the one from Sun Microsystems (SUNW) chief executive Jonathan Schwartz and General Motors (GM) Vice-Chairman Bob Lutz. Whenever we talk about

Enterprise 2.0, one question comes to my mind that whether the enterprise 2.0 tools have the same sort of barriers to get adopted as traditional collaboration tools. The main barrier for the adoption of these tools is their inability to get everyone who is working on a project to use the tools.

Enterprise 2.0 tools are regarded as far less project centered; that means even if I am the only one who is using tagging or blogging on a project that still has value to me. I am not sure that holds true for Wikis, which are true collaborative environments.

This is the first time that I have heard the phrase Enterprise 2.0.. it does make perfect sense and the examples above from Anna are helpful in terms of articulating the benefit.

That is making so much sense and there is nearly no way to get better targeted feedback (for free) than this one.

They post on their own blogs to communicate directly with customers.

Good to see you are moving in the right direction with the Enterprise 2.0 i wouldn't say it just for IT and techies though as i use it myself.
