No one wants to succeed by hard work and training anymore. It's a lot easier to buy steroids online and get pumped up instantly. The bad part is that in sports not all of them take them. If all athletes would be using them, a new equality would be reached and everybody would have the same chances again.

As a single mother with two little kids and a job I no longer have time to waste on shopping. Since I have discovered this online mall, I do all my shopping from home, everything form to a bed mattress. They are delivered in two or three days with no extra cost. This kind of shopping really saves a lot of time that I can spend with my kids.

Steroids act as performance enhancer but it severly damages the body if taken for long time.

I think all players must play with their human strength and not with the support of any drug..
If you have the confidence and right training, even a team that use a supporting drug will loose on you.. right?

What I find more interesting is if you look at all baseball players as a whole, not just the major leagues as a comparison to all businesses, not just the "best" ones. You've got a self-selected population in the major leagues, everybody is pretty damned good to even be there. Assuming that people take steroids (and adopt IT) to improve their performance, what is the baseline that they start from? If you're out of shape and a lousy player to begin with, steroids aren't going to help you improve much. Put into the IT context, if your company is out of shape and run lousy to begin with, IT (or steroids) aren't going to have a significant positive impact on performance and could actually hurt you more than if you did nothing. The negative impact of IT on a poorly run organization can be extremely detrimental, much more so than the physical damage done by long-term steroid use.

So to answer your question, a poorly run business could make at least one smart choice to forgo a big IT root canal to avoid bleeding to death.

Since when did HGH become a performance enhancing drug? Did no one read the Mitchell report's section on this placebo?

I like the analogy of IT as a performance enhancer. I like it because it gives the message that IT can magnify or improve the results for people who are already doing work in a good way already.

IE, if you do steroids but don't really exercise, they aren't going to really enhance your performance, just as if you apply IT to a problem expecting a solution without effective processes or thinking about how it fits with how you do work, results will be less in than stellar.
