I have to say: Your book is just excellent. I am a Norwegian project manager for making a big international consultant company a 2.0 enterprise and the challenges are lining up.

You are explaining your view in a an easy and brilliant way. Had a reading for top management yesterday on the story about the blogging assignment for the executive management in one of your classes. It's so great and really makes people think. Using the humour on your own resistance to web 2.0 is another of my favourites. Skinheads got a new meaning to me for ever!

My focus is mainly on change mangement. Just read the first 80 pages. Looking forward to reading the rest and to get your insight in my top topic.

Thank you for sharing and writing such a good book.

Andrew, this was a kind of experiment – it turned out to be fun for me, but also quite demanding (but so is live-blogging). Ideally “live-reading” should be done by many people in synch, who share their observations and thoughts on an open platform (might be an open/semi-closed Wave in future), search for complementing content and add it to the stream etc.

It worked this time because I cheated a little bit by reading ahead and preparing some notes and links to additional material in advance. Well, part II of your book isn't covered yet, so I wonder if I can tweak the approach a bit then (to get more active readers onboard, add more benefit to viewers, encourage conversation etc.). Will give it a try this week …
